Privacy and data handling basics
This page explains what personal data may be processed in connection with contacting Wisniewski Amps and with the technical operation of the site. It reflects the current MVP scope of the website.
Before production launch, the final controller details should be completed, including the address and the contact channel for privacy matters.
Document scope
Below is the data handling scope planned for the current version of the website.
01
The controller of personal data submitted through the contact form or through other contact channels is Wisniewski Amps. The final identifying and address details of the controller should be completed before production launch.
02
The data is processed in order to handle contact inquiries, respond to messages, prepare offer-related information and continue correspondence related to a given inquiry.
03
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller in handling communication with people interested in the offer, as well as steps taken at the request of the contacting person before any potential agreement is concluded.
04
Data may be shared with service providers supporting the technical operation of the website and communication flow.
05
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and continue related correspondence, and then for the period needed to secure claims or fulfil organisational and technical obligations connected with operating the website.
Technical providers such as Resend and Netlify may additionally retain limited operational logs under their own retention rules.
06
A data subject may request access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
07
At launch, the site does not use analytics or advertising tools that rely on tracking cookies before consent. The website currently does not deploy a marketing-oriented cookie banner.
If the site is later extended with additional tracking or marketing tools, this document should be updated accordingly.
08
The website may use Plausible Analytics to measure basic visit statistics. This tool does not use cookies, does not store full IP addresses, works on anonymised data and is not used for behavioural profiling.
Plausible Analytics uses server infrastructure located in the EU, including Frankfurt, so in the current implementation it does not require a cookie consent banner or an additional CMP mechanism.
